Declan Byrne MBS - Director
Declan is a skilled facilitator, trainer and project manager with a strong track record in both the commercial and academic arena. His key specialties are innovation, intrapreneurship and enterprise training. He is results driven and return on investment orientated.
Declan formally held teaching roles in the Smurfit School of Business, the UCD Quinn School of Business and the Institute of Technology in Blanchardstown, Declan has more recently focussed on the design and delivery of the Enterprise Evolution Programme in partnership with the Institute of Technology in Tallaght.
Declan is an innovation and enterprise expert and has created the Venture Model to develop the ‘Intrapreneurial’ and commercial skills of talent within corporate Ireland.
Orla Doyle LLB(Hons) MSc - Training Manager
Orla is a highly qualified and experienced learning specialist in the area of professional education and development. She has worked with a wide range of clients from different industries including aeronautical, legal, banking and public sector delivering best practice training interventions. Orla can seamlessly utilise the knowledge and experience she has gained over her career and apply it practically to the training courses she delivers.
Orla is also responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Enterprise Evolution Programme. She is specifically tasked with the development of the innovation, entrepreneurial and creativity skills of the participants. As a qualified coach, Orla also oversees the personal development of each participant through the programme.
Dom Crotty M.Sc. - Sales Manager
Dom previously worked as General Manager-Ireland for the Paris-based Cegos Group, Europe’s largest management and business skills training organisation and more recently as Country Manager for Ireland with leading business psychologists, OPP. He has designed and delivered training programmes for many leading organisations in areas such as Management & Leadership Development, Negotiations Skills, Presentation Skills, Coaching, and Instructional Training.
A qualified Member of Marketing Institute of Ireland, he holds Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Level A & B Certificates in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society. He is licensed and qualified in the use of a wide range of psychometrics including 16PF, MBTI (Step 1 and II), CPI260 FIRO-B, EQi, the Innovation Potential Indicator (PI) and Benchmarks 360 from the Centre for Creative Leaders.
