Anne Hennessy, BA, MA Occupational Psychology, Dip PR, Level A&B BPS*
Anne has extensive experience working with organisations, both SMEs and multinationals specialising in the provision of services such as career counselling / coaching, psychometric assessment, assessment / development centres and personal development. She has also worked with various organisations providing outplacement services and transition workshops.
Brian McIvor: MA, BSc, HDipEd
Brian has extensive training experience in the public and private sectors in Ireland and internationally. He is on the Associate Faculties of a number of Third Level Institutions including Trinity College Dublin (MBA Programme), The Irish Management Institute (MSc in Organisation Development) and the Applied Business School Wiener Neustadt (Austria).
His professional specialities include; career and Personal Development, Performance Management, Interpersonal Skills Training – including Influencing and Negotiating, Train the Trainer and business writing John Cahill B.Comm. M.Sc. (Org. Behaviour).
John is a management consultant who specialises in the areas of finance, HR, project management and organisational change/development. He was finance director of the Project Management Group, with over 1,500 employees, from 1990 to 2001. He previously held senior financial and HR positions in the energy, construction and car retail sectors.
He is on the Associate Faculty at the Irish Management Institute and The Institute of Project Management. John lectures in finance, project management, procurement, organisational development and risk management.
Martin Farrelly BA (Hons) MSc (Organisational Behaviour) FCIPD
Martin is an experienced Human Resource professional who has consulted with and has lead businesses through significant organisational change programmes. During his career he has gained extensive experience in many functional HR areas Including Change Management and Policy Design and Implementation.
He was Senior Specialist in HR at Irish Management Institute, were he taught Human Resource and Change Management on a range of Executive Programmes including Master Degrees at Trinity College Dublin.
Caroline Lee M.Sc (Strategic Management)
Caroline has held a number of senior training management roles in leading organisations including CPL, Microsoft, Wyeth BioPharma and Bank of Ireland. In these riles she was responsible for the design and delivery of a number of organisation-wide training and development initiatives.
An expert in IT and Project Management training, Caroline has also designed and delivered a wide range of business skills and personal effectiveness training courses on subject areas that include Time Management, Finance and Presentation Skills.
