Who we are

Who we are

Innovo Training & Development was established in 2006. Our unique approach to education and learning emerged from a heritage of providing enterprise and management training to a number of public sector entities including County Enterprise Boards, Area Partnerships and Institutes of Technology.

In 2008 we achieved our FETAC accreditation and have since developed and delivered programmes according to this best practice Quality Assurance framework.

Innovo has designed and delivered leadership, management and supervisory level training courses to public and private sector entities such as Teagasc, Bord na Mona, CRH and William Fry Solicitors. Innovo has also a strong track record in the use of psychometric testing to support the recruitment, selection and development policies of companies such as Glanbia and eircom.   

Innovo has honed and further refined our training expertise through the design and delivery of joint venture innovation and enterprise development initiatives with 3rd level institutions. For example, working with IT Tallaght, Innovo designed and jointly delivered the Enterprise Evolution Programme (EEP) through the Labour Market Activation Fund (LMA) through 2010 and 2011. Such has been the success of the EEP that it has now been extended for another three years under the government sponsored Springboard initiative.

This has led to the development of the Innovo Venture Model which is a programme of Applied Intrapreneurship and Innovation Development for high-potential talent development. The model has been successfully applied in a number of high profile multinationals including Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
