Training Evaluation

Innovo places equal emphasis to the design of comprehensive in-course and post-course evaluation as it does to training design and delivery. This evaluation records and measures participants own assessment of the training intervention.

Allied to this, Innovo deploys post-course evaluation methods and procedures based on the Kirkpatrick Model that allows us to track and measure the extent to which the learning has been deployed and the impact that this has had on both individual and overall corporate performance.
