The Enterprise Evolution Programme (EEP)

Walking the Talk – Innovo’s Innovation Philosophy in Action

Using a best practice team based system, the EEP takes currently unemployed graduates and industry professionals and up-skills them in the tools of innovation, idea generation, enterprise, creativity and problem solving so they can create their own enterprises.  

On the EEP we pride ourselves on designing innovative and meaningful interventions that deliver tangible results. Of the 80 participants who completed the EEP in September 2011, some 35% are now actively pursuing a commercial business idea. Successful completion of this 8-month long programme provides participants with a Level 8 Special Purpose Diploma in ‘Enterprise Innovation’.
