Applied Innovation through ‘Intrapreneurship’
Organisations are constantly seeking to be innovative in all aspects of their businesses.
This can be done by:
- Developing solutions to existing business/ innovation problems,
- Finding efficiencies at operational level, or
- Identifying new opportunities to deliver value to both the organisation and to current and target customers
The Venture Model has been designed as a platform for fostering the development of innovation and creativity skills through the process of Intrapreneurship** at an individual level, team level or leadership level within the organization.
The Venture Model can be applied as the basis for an in-company training programme to develop innovation and creative thinking tools and techniques or expanded to be run as an assessment centre (for recruitment or Hi-Potential Talent Development) where participants are also evaluated by qualified assessors and psychologists against company-specific competencies.
