We work with participants on assessing their negotiation style, preparing for a negotiation, knowing when the stakes are high, understanding power and influence in the negotiation process and handling conflict.
When working with clients on negotiations, we make the programme interactive by using role play and real scenarios from the client workplace thus making the skills application challenging and relevant.
