We all negotiate as part of our everyday lives. In the corporate world, good negotiation skills can significantly add to revenues on the sales side and save on expenditures on the procurement side. Internally it is particularly used in the appraisal process and as part of everyday business in budgeting, project management and deal making.
Innovo’s Win-Win Negotiations train’s participants in highly effective techniques that will allow them deliver long-lasting and mutually beneficial “win-win” solutions for all parties to the negotiation. We work with participants on assessing their negotiation style, preparing for a negotiation, knowing when the stakes are high, understanding power and influence in the negotiation process and handling conflict.
When working with clients on negotiations, we make the programme interactive by using role play and real scenarios from the client workplace thus making the skills application challenging and relevant.
